Ice Cream Talk: Blue Bell's Chocolate Brownie Truffle

Our Milk Chocolate Ice Cream loaded with brownies, delicious dark chocolate-flavored truffles (CONSPICUOUS LACK OF AN OXFORD COMMA) and a chocolate icing swirl.

It's funny, as I took the first bite I wondered at just how long it had been since I had Blue Bell's chocolate ice cream. And yet, as soon as it touched my tongue, I remembered complete the flavor. I don't know if it's flavor alone, the texture, or the scent inside my mouth, but there is something distinctive about Blue Bell's chocolate ice cream.

And speaking of chocolate, it's all chocolate. Of differing levels of cocoa content and differing textures but it's still Oops, All Chocolate. I find it to be on the borderline of too much, if it didn't have the differences that it does, it might be too one-note.

Final verdict: It's ice cream.
